Cookies for Lavanya
I am up late baking cookies for my friend Lavanya, who is now living in Calgary.
This is my first attempt to send cookies by mail. If this works well I'll be mailing sweets more often, and all over the place. These particular cookies are super dark chocolate sandwich cookies with chocolate ganache filling, kind of like a homemade "fudgee-o".

What a lucky person - These look amazing.Dark chocolate is the best and it always should be at least 75% cocoa.Your cupcakes also look amazing !
